Salary: $22 per hour; part-time, 30 hours per week, 6-month contract.

What you will do

• Outline, write, edit, and optimize clinician-facing blog articles using transcripts, SME interviews, existing assets, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with instructors, subject matter experts, SEO, product, and clinical content teams to ensure accurate, cited, on-brand content.
• Create SEO elements including metadata, headers, titles, descriptions, alt text, FAQs, keyword integration, and internal links.
• Write lead-generation, webinar, podcast, email, landing-page, script, and social media content.
• Plan and write discipline-specific newsletters for physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, athletic training, and nursing audiences.
• Maintain and improve SEO performance through content refreshes, redirects, ranking optimization, and YouTube content support.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in content writing, SEO, or content marketing, ideally in healthcare, healthtech, or another technical or regulated field.
• Strong SEO fundamentals including keyword research, search intent, metadata, internal linking, redirects, FAQs, headers, and content refreshes.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted drafting, editing, prompting, quality control, and workflow documentation.
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to translate clinical or technical concepts into accurate, accessible content.
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners while managing deadlines and feedback.
• Must be based in one of the listed U.S. states.

Nice to have

• Experience writing for clinicians or healthcare professionals, including PT, OT, SLP, athletic training, or nursing audiences.
• Familiarity with Claude, custom GPTs, prompt libraries, and repeatable AI content workflows.
• Experience with email and newsletter platforms, campaign coordination, SEO analytics tools, or content management systems.
