What you will do

• Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot system software and operator complications.
• Monitor routine and critical processes and workflows to proactively identify problem trends.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide technical solutions to production-related application errors.
• Conduct application testing across various environments and deploy service releases, patches, and customizations.
• Assist with application implementations, configuration, and maintenance of support documentation.
• Collaborate with senior associates to ensure all work is thoroughly reviewed and validated.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a High School Diploma with four (4) years of relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate technical problems and solutions to non-technical users.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Hoover, Alabama
