What you will do

• Define and execute enterprise-wide technology and digital transformation strategies.
• Build scalable, agile technology ecosystems that support growth and operational excellence.
• Lead the design, implementation, and governance of AI-enabled solutions.
• Establish technology governance frameworks and make strategic decisions on technology investments.
• Develop cybersecurity, compliance, risk, and ethical governance practices that support innovation.
• Build technology leadership talent pipelines and advise executive stakeholders on emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 15+ years of technology leadership experience, including enterprise-level digital transformation.
• Visionary strategic leadership with a record of creating and implementing disruptive technology strategies.
• Experience building scalable, agile technology ecosystems and leading large, complex organizations through significant change.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise AI, predictive technologies, advanced analytics, data-driven decision-making, and cloud ecosystems.
• Experience with AI governance, strategy and roadmap planning, risk, ethics, bias, compliance, human-in-the-loop design, and workforce enablement.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
