What you will do

• Partner with senior Technology, Portfolio, and Marketing leaders on strategy, growth priorities, and innovation decisions.
• Own consolidated portfolio performance analysis, including product profitability, vitality, lifecycle value, and new product investment cases.
• Lead financial strategy for pricing and marketing investments, measuring margin expansion, ROI, channel effectiveness, and growth impact.
• Establish governance frameworks for capex, new product development, engineering product development, and innovation investments.
• Oversee stage-gate business cases, scenario modelling, value tracking, forecasting, and financial insights.
• Lead the Finance Business Partnering structure and develop a high-performing finance capability focused on decision impact.

Requirements

• University degree and a recognized accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Extensive senior finance leadership experience within global organizations.
• Strong background in commercial finance, FP&A leadership, and strategic business partnering.
• Deep expertise in marketing ROI, portfolio management, investment appraisal, pricing, and capital allocation.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and shape strategic outcomes.
