Forward Deployed Engineer (Fullstack/AI): Building and scaling AI-driven features and internal tools for a real estate marketing product with an accent on client-facing solution delivery and product iteration. Location: Full-time, onsite position located in Scottsdale, Arizona

Salary: $125,000 – $160,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with the CEO to identify AI and product opportunities that drive revenue, customer success, and efficiency.
• Translate ambiguous customer workflows and business needs into clear technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Develop full-stack solutions using Python, TypeScript, and React, including AI-supported applications and internal tools.
• Manage projects from initial discovery and prototyping through production deployment, adoption, and measurement.
• Convert customer-specific solutions into scalable product capabilities and reusable components.
• Gather real-world feedback from deployments to inform and shape the broader product roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering foundation with a track record of shipping production software to paying users.
• Proficiency in building production applications with Python, TypeScript, and React.
• Deep understanding of full-stack fundamentals: APIs, databases, testing, deployment, and cloud-based systems.
• Ability to communicate technical trade-offs and progress effectively to executives and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating unclear problems, asking direct questions, and creating a structured path forward.
• Must be based in or work onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying production systems involving LLMs, AI agents, RAG, evaluations, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Background in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or implementation roles.
• Experience working within an early-stage or bootstrapped company environment.
• Knowledge of marketing automation, CRMs (e.g., HubSpot), or real estate technology.
