Location: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) in Vilnius, Lithuania. Hubs also available in Klaipėda and Riga.

Salary: 5,900 – 7,000 EUR/month (Gross)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end acquisition function, including media buying, creative performance, forecasting, and reporting.
• Drive expansion into new markets, channels, products, and customer segments.
• Lead structured experimentation across creatives, offers, funnels, and landing pages to unlock sustainable growth.
• Manage and optimize significant marketing budgets while maintaining strong unit economics.
• Build and lead a high-performing acquisition team to support six-figure daily revenue.
• Work closely with the Founding CEO to translate ambitious growth goals into actionable strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience in high-growth ecommerce, DTC, or consumer-focused businesses.
• 4+ years of hands-on media buying experience, with deep expertise in Meta.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition economics, and attribution.
• Proven experience managing substantial advertising budgets and scaling campaigns profitably.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally with Creative, Product, and Analytics stakeholders.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the company hubs in Vilnius, Klaipėda, or Riga.
