What you will do

• Deliver high-quality features and enhancements across hirify.global's SaaS products.
• Build scalable, reliable, and secure applications, APIs, and integrations.
• Translate business needs into well-designed technical solutions.
• Improve code quality, engineering practices, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Contribute to cloud, DevOps, deployment, and platform scalability initiatives.
• Advance AI and emerging technologies across product experiences and engineering workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience delivering production software.
• Experience building full-stack applications, APIs, and web-based solutions with modern frameworks.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, Git, and code reviews.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, communication, and ownership skills.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools and an AI-first engineering approach.

Nice to have

• DevOps experience with CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure automation, or deployment processes.
• Experience integrating AI or GenAI into software products or customer-facing solutions.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable cloud-native architecture.
• Experience with high-availability SaaS platforms, application security, observability, or high-growth environments.
