What you will do

• Manage DevOps and info-security projects, focusing on planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate the Infrastructure team to deliver security and infrastructure initiatives.
• Organize automation, monitoring, system updates, and security control implementation.
• Define task scopes and establish realistic delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, IT, and development teams to gather requirements.
• Optimize DevOps and Security processes to improve transparency and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in infrastructure or security teams.
• Proven ability to estimate task scope and break down complex initiatives into achievable steps.
• Proficiency with the Atlassian stack or similar tools for task tracking and management.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for aligning multiple technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with DevSecOps initiatives, CI/CD automation, and internal security audits.
• Basic knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Zabbix.
• Understanding of ITIL principles, change-management, or incident-management processes.
