Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Web3)

Location: On-site in New York City, United States. Core-office employees are generally expected to work from the office.

What you will do

• Maintain, improve, and optimize high-scale data pipelines.
• Build, deploy, and manage applications and services using 100% infrastructure as code.
• Reduce latency, improve observability, and collaborate with application teams on performance-focused code.
• Establish infrastructure best practices and enable developers to self-serve deployments, infrastructure requests, monitoring, and alerting.
• Improve reliability and security by identifying attack vectors and coordinating contained system attacks with AI tools and existing test suites.
• Develop and mature a local stack orchestrator for testing, validation, multiple application configurations, and parallel agent workflows.

Requirements

• On-site availability in New York City is required for this position.
• Strong understanding of core infrastructure fundamentals, including security, networking, and access control.
• Strong Kubernetes experience and knowledge of Kubernetes best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Docker, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Strong commitment to infrastructure as code and experience with CI/CD pipelines and dynamic release systems.
• Security-minded, solution-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and willing to learn across engineering, operations, and quantitative disciplines.

• Strong understanding of modern data pipelines and related best practices.
