IT Compliance Specialist

Location: Remote, based in Latvia

What you will do

• Create, update, and process IT compliance documents, including change controls, risk assessments, system inventories, validation records, and disaster recovery plans.
• Prepare IT documentation and participate in internal and external audits, including IT interviews.
• Answer IT compliance questions from sponsors and support reviews of client and vendor agreements.
• Track the resolution of IT-related audit findings and support the development of departmental quality system documents.
• Monitor compliance with internal procedures, laws, regulations, and applicable standards.
• Participate in risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in IT systems and processes.

Requirements

• College or university degree.
• Previous experience in IT and compliance matters.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with documentation and processes.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Must be based in Latvia for the remote role.
