What you will do

• Develop and maintain cyber resilience frameworks, playbooks, procedures, and recovery plans.
• Support cyber incident simulations, tabletop exercises, and recovery testing.
• Identify critical business services, systems, dependencies, resilience risks, and control gaps.
• Collaborate with GRC, Digital, Manufacturing, R&D, and business stakeholders.
• Document audit and regulatory evidence, track remediation actions, and report resilience metrics to leadership.
• Analyze incidents and disruption events to identify lessons learned and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information systems, risk management, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in information security, risk, compliance, information protection, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity, incident response, and risk management.
• Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare, or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Professional English is required for the application and motivational letter.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, PMP, or other governance and risk credentials.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 22301, or ISO 27001.
• Exposure to GxP, validated systems, manufacturing environments, or OT/ICS risks.
• Experience with cyber exercises, scenario testing, or recovery planning.
