TL;DR

Associate Finance (FP&A) (Excel/Power BI): Supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and commercial analysis for sales, gross margin, OPEX, P&L, and innovation with an accent on gross-to-net calculations, variance analysis, and process automation. Focus on building forecasting templates, optimizing recurring finance workflows, and explaining business performance through reliable reporting.

Location: Bogotá, Colombia; hybrid schedule with 50% working from home and 50% from the office

What you will do

• Manage daily sales reporting, monthly gross margin reporting, recurring OPEX, P&L, and order reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Support gross-to-net processes, including price list control, commercial terms tracking, and discount and rebate calculations.
• Build and maintain quarterly sales and OPEX forecast templates and quarterly G2N templates.
• Perform variance analysis to explain business performance and financial results.
• Optimize, automate, and document FP&A processes and manage bi-monthly innovation reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Financial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in FP&A, commercial controlling, business controlling, or a related finance role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills for financial reporting, data analysis, and process automation.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B2).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python.
• Consumer goods experience in FP&A, commercial controlling, or business controlling.
• Experience with forecasting, G2N, gross margin, and OPEX reporting.
• Experience documenting and improving finance processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functions.
