What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical authority for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies.
• Design and maintain SharePoint sites, hubs, information architecture, and metadata strategies.
• Develop enterprise governance standards, policies, and lifecycle management processes.
• Automate business processes using Power Automate and integrate SharePoint with other M365 services.
• Manage permissions, security groups, and access controls while ensuring organizational compliance.
• Provide Tier III technical support and lead migrations from legacy environments to SharePoint Online.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering SharePoint Online in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with Power Automate and integrating SharePoint with M365 applications.
• Strong knowledge of security models, compliance, and records management.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Arlington, VA.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of enterprise SharePoint experience.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, retention policies, and sensitivity labels.
• Knowledge of SPFx, PowerShell automation, REST APIs, or Microsoft Graph.
• Experience supporting highly regulated government or security-conscious organizations.
