What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development of branded products, packaging, and in-store materials from concept to launch.
• Manage sampling, prototyping, and product refinement to ensure exceptional quality and finish.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and negotiate value and long-term partnerships.
• Oversee production planning, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and critical path management.
• Drive quality assurance, compliance, and safety standards across all products and materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product development, production, quality, and logistics.

Requirements

• Significant experience in product development, production, and supply chain management.
• Background in premium consumer products, branded goods, or a similar industry.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and bringing products from idea to market.
• Proven experience working with and managing global supplier networks.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office at least 3 days a week.
