Graduate - 1 Year Limited Contract (Johannesburg Airport)

Location: Johannesburg Airport, South Africa. Hybrid arrangement with onsite technical support required; work from home is available for up to two days per week depending on team needs. A flex-location benefit allows working from any location worldwide for up to 30 days per year.

What you will do

• Ensure SLA compliance and drive incidents to timely resolution for internal and external customers.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, peripherals, desktops, printers, and network devices.
• Perform preventive and proactive maintenance to maximize system availability.
• Escalate unresolved issues with clear documentation and maintain accurate repair, maintenance, and inventory records.
• Provide onsite technical support during service cutovers and transitions.
• Collaborate with local and global colleagues and contribute to aviation technology projects.

Requirements

• Qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge or exposure to IT support, including desktops, PCs, printers, and network devices.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, networking fundamentals, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interest in IT support and technical service operations, with willingness to learn quickly.
• Customer-focused communication skills, accountability, and ability to collaborate with diverse colleagues.

Nice to have

• CompTIA A+ certification.
• CompTIA N+ certification.
