What you will do

• Develop and enhance predictive models for merchant churn, lead conversion, and transaction volume forecasting.
• Manage the end-to-end model lifecycle, from initial data exploration and feature engineering to deployment and monitoring.
• Translate broad business problems into specific analytical and modelling tasks.
• Collaborate with Data and Software Engineering to integrate models into the ML Platform and production systems.
• Investigate model performance drift and contribute to iterative improvements over time.
• Work closely with Product, Commercial, and Finance teams to align modelling work with operational goals.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in predictive modelling applied to real commercial problems, ideally within fintech or a scale-up.
• Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for handling real-world datasets.
• Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and applied quantitative skills.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical work to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Central London office.
