What you will do

• Develop new features and maintain existing capabilities for a flagship storage operating system.
• Contribute across product definition, design, implementation, debugging, testing, and early customer support.
• Design and build scalable, high-performance system software in C and C++.
• Investigate engineering escalations and resolve complex system-level issues.
• Collaborate with QA, system test engineering, and dependent engineering teams to deliver solutions based on customer use cases.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of related software engineering experience.
• Hands-on proficiency in C, C++, and Unix/Linux system programming.
• Familiarity with system software design and development.
• Strong understanding of operating system internals, algorithms, data structures, and multithreaded programming.
• Sound software engineering practices, quality focus, and strong written and oral communication skills.
