What you will do

• Execute high-quality designs for onboarding, subscription, paywall, and referral experiences from concept to shipment.
• Drive growth experimentation by framing hypotheses, designing variants, and interpreting A/B test results.
• Partner with the Principal Designer on Growth, PMs, and engineers to influence product direction and distill vague briefs into design questions.
• Ship designs that directly improve core business metrics such as onboarding completion and subscription conversion.
• Maintain and contribute components to the scalable design system to ensure cross-product consistency.
• Use AI-native tools like Cursor and Claude as a standard part of the daily workflow for rapid prototyping and execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, with significant focus on growth, conversion, or retention.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Baseline proficiency in AI-native tools (Cursor, Claude, or equivalent) for daily professional use.
• Strong fluency in A/B testing, funnel mapping, and metric interpretation.
• Ability to translate data signals into high-fidelity design solutions that move measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record of delivering refined, high-standard execution as evidenced in a portfolio.
