What you will do

• Contribute to moderately complex software engineering initiatives and large-scale planning.
• Analyze and solve complex engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Lead the migration of a legacy collections application from Java Server Faces to React.
• Collaborate with client personnel to meet deliverables while adhering to policies and compliance.
• Operate within a Kanban team performing quarterly releases.

Requirements

• Must be based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
• Visa: W2, Independent Visa Holders, or H1b Transfer required.
• 5 to 7 years of Java Engineering experience.
• 4+ years of overall Software Engineering experience.
• Proficiency in React and Core Java backend development.
