What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain software solutions for campus and ministry platforms.
• Own the technical design for projects and communicate architectural tradeoffs.
• Review, test, and approve code to ensure high quality and consistency.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to guide their technical growth.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across distributed systems.
• Contribute to the improvement of team practices, tools, and development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one area: Mobile (Flutter/Dart, iOS/Swift, Android), Backend (Python, Golang, APIs), or Web (React, Node.js, TypeScript).
• Proven track record of contributing to production-level systems.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Edmond, OK.
