What you will do
- Develop and enhance app features to improve merchant workflows, ensuring efficiency and responsiveness.
- Design scalable programming solutions using best practices like dependency injection and MVVM.
- Analyze and optimize app performance regarding response time, battery use, and storage impact.
- Write robust unit and integration tests in collaboration with QA engineers to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain current features and resolve bugs to ensure technical consistency and performance.
- Serve in the on-call rotation for critical mobile issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Flutter engineering experience designing, launching, and optimizing mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.
- Proficiency in structuring code using clean approaches like MVVM and reactive state management.
- Experience with app metrics, crash analytics, and debugging solutions.
- Practical knowledge of writing testable code, designing APIs, and applying automation techniques.
- Experience owning a technical feature from concept through release.
- Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia for onsite work.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, or CodeX.
