Senior Software Engineer, Mobile (Flutter)

Location: Onsite in Jakarta, Indonesia

What you will do

• Develop and enhance Flutter features for the core merchant app.
• Design scalable solutions using clean architecture practices such as dependency injection and MVVM.
• Analyze and optimize response time, battery usage, storage impact, API usage, and overall app performance.
• Write unit and integration tests and collaborate with QA engineers during releases.
• Maintain existing functionality, resolve bugs, and ensure long-term technical consistency.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for critical mobile issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing, launching, and optimizing mobile applications with Flutter and Dart.
• Fluency with Flutter-specific tools and libraries.
• Experience with MVVM, reactive state management, app metrics, crash analytics, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of testable code, end-to-end testing, API design, and automation.
• Experience owning a technical feature or significant app area from concept through release.
• Willingness to mentor teammates and work on products serving millions of users.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, or CodeX.
