Founding Ecosystem Engineer (Fullstack): Building and maintaining developer enablement materials, connectors, and reference implementations for the hirify.global WebOps platform with an accent on third-party integrations and AI-driven tooling. Focus on creating scalable patterns for API integrations, designing technical guides, and converting one-off client solutions into reusable kits.

Location: Remote (United States). Visa sponsorship is not available.

Compensation: Base Salary of $140,000 - 173,000 USD, plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Scope enablement needs per implementation by collaborating with sales engineers and clients.
• Create clear, tested documentation and step-by-step guides for developers.
• Develop reference implementations, example widgets, and connectors for third-party services.
• Build scripts and agentic AI skills to automate repetitive implementation tasks.
• Generalize one-off solutions into reusable starting kits for future clients.
• Provide evidence-backed recommendations to the product team for new platform features.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering skills with depth in JavaScript, Next.js, and React.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and OAuth/SAML authentication flows.
• Exceptional technical writing ability to create developer-facing materials.
• Proficiency with AI tooling and agentic coding tools.
• Comfort with ambiguity and greenfield development in a founding role.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-verify used, no visa sponsorship available).
