Retail Experience Manager (Hospitality Retail)

Location: NL-Hub; the role supports retail operations across Europe.

What you will do

• Build and execute the European retail roadmap, including seasonal collections and collaborative projects.
• Lead buying, merchandising, supplier partnerships, inventory systems, and sell-through optimization.
• Manage budgets, forecast KPIs, and partner with Finance on performance reporting.
• Use customer insights and commercial data to improve the retail proposition and guest experience.
• Establish visual merchandising standards, seasonal storytelling, operating models, and launch playbooks.
• Coach local Retail Champions and collaborate with Brand, Digital Product, Operations, and Experience teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing premium retail, hospitality, or lifestyle concepts.
• Strong commercial expertise in buying, budgeting, and supplier relationship management.
• Knowledge of merchandising, inventory management systems, and retail technology.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Confidence using data and customer insights to guide business decisions.
• Passion for design, guest experience, human-centered hospitality, and operational excellence.
