What you will do

• Own and implement end-to-end features for the identity stack ensuring secure authentication and authorization.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to raise code quality and design standards.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools like Copilot and Claude to improve development velocity and code quality.
• Write well-tested, production-ready code and participate in incident response and postmortems.
• Take ownership of your code in production, monitoring and proactively addressing issues.
• Adapt and learn new backend technologies as needed within the stack.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London or able to work hybrid with office presence twice a week
• English: Minimum B2 proficiency required
• Strong backend development skills with experience or willingness to learn C#/.NET Core, Cassandra, gRPC, and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and clean coding principles.
• Interest in enterprise B2B SaaS identity challenges including SSO, OIDC, security, and auditing.
• Proactive ownership mindset and reliability focus in production environments.
