What you will do

• Lead the delivery of Telecoms Security Act (TSA) compliance activities and coordinate responses to Ofcom information requests.
• Partner with engineering, security, and operational teams to review and validate technical, architectural, and operational evidence.
• Identify gaps in evidence and control weaknesses, applying risk scoring within the corporate risk management framework.
• Align TSA requirements with broader frameworks such as NCSC CAF, ISO 27001, and HSCN.
• Review and advise on supplier contracts to ensure security obligations are appropriate and enforceable.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Experience in telecoms or network service provider environments.
• Background in cybersecurity, network security, or infrastructure security.
• Experience in a second-line (GRC) or assurance capacity.
• Proven ability to engage with technical SMEs to extract and validate control evidence.
• Certification in CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.

Nice to have

• Industry network security certifications such as CCNP Security, CCSP, CCNA Security, or CompTIA Security+/Network+.
• Direct experience with Ofcom regulatory engagement.
