IT Servicedesk Specialist (GameDev)

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine; hybrid office work with remote work available for employees outside the Kyiv region

What you will do

• Provide L1 technical support through the service desk ticketing system.
• Diagnose, repair, upgrade, and maintain employee workstations and notebooks.
• Prepare and configure equipment and software for new employees.
• Install, update, and manage software deployed on user devices.
• Manage endpoint information security, incidents, reports, and security policies.
• Resolve user issues within defined SLA while providing high-quality customer service.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an IT system administrator or helpdesk/support specialist.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience with workstation setup, PC and notebook repair, hardware diagnostics, and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with Office 365, Autodesk, Adobe, Git, Visual Studio, and Perforce.
• Knowledge of enterprise antivirus, DLP, asset management, Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Intermediate English or higher required.

• Knowledge of IT security principles.
