What you will do

• Provide technical application support via hotline, customer visits, and training.
• Develop product applications and generate application notes to broadcast usage models.
• Analyze and provide customized software and hardware solutions for customer integration.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing and Business Development to create sales content.
• Liaise with R&D and Product Managers to review roadmaps and ensure market acceptance.
• Verify and escalate firmware and design issues reported by sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of working experience, including 3-5 years of site service experience in Telecommunication or Test and Measurement.
• Strong technical background in Test and Measurement products and systems.
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
• Proficiency in MS Office standard applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
