Field Support Calibration Technician

What you will do

• Perform onsite calibration and adjustment of electronic test and measurement equipment at customer sites.
• Execute complex calibrations, including RF instruments, following approved procedures.
• Troubleshoot out-of-tolerance equipment and perform basic repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Lead and coordinate onsite calibration projects from start to finish.
• Ensure full compliance with ISO 17025 requirements and measurement uncertainty principles.
• Maintain accurate calibration records and documentation using MET/CAL software.

Requirements

• Technical education in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Measurement Technology.
• Proven experience in calibration, maintenance, or repair of electronic test equipment.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Germany.
• Strong customer service and independent problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 17025 and quality management systems.
• Experience with MET/CAL software.
