Product Analyst - (Cinical Guidance) (HealthTech)

Location: Remote (Overlap with CET business hours required)

What you will do

• Analyze clinician workflows and product usage to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.
• Partner closely with Product Managers throughout product discovery and development to shape roadmap decisions.
• Generate and validate product hypotheses using quantitative analysis and data exploration.
• Define meaningful product KPIs and success metrics for new initiatives.
• Build dashboards, analytical datasets, and monitoring systems to enable data-informed decisions.
• Evaluate the real-world effectiveness of AI-powered features and workflow automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Product Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for product analytics and data exploration.
• Experience with product metrics, user behavior analysis, and dashboarding.
• Fluent Russian and English (B2+).
• Ability to work under a B2B contract.
• Overlap with CET business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience working with AI-powered products or intelligent automation.
• Experience in HealthTech, SaaS, or other workflow-intensive B2B products.
• Familiarity with clinician workflows or healthcare operations.
• Experience with qualitative research and product discovery methodologies.
