HR People Partner

What you will do

• Ensure personnel effectiveness within the business unit to achieve strategic goals and financial targets.
• Manage staffing and ensure employees successfully complete their probationary periods.
• Foster employee engagement and retention to maintain a motivated and committed workforce.
• Implement and enforce HR processes and company policies within the business unit.
• Monitor and measure the satisfaction of managers and employees regarding HR functions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of successful experience in an HR BP or HRD role, preferably in investment or portfolio environments.
• Experience working directly with founders and C-level stakeholders.
• Understanding of company growth stages (seed to growth) and cap table basics.
• Ability to execute key employee lifecycle processes: hiring, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding.
• Proven track record of managing HR metrics (payroll budget, turnover, efficiency, engagement) and hands-on experience in C&B and analytics.
• Strong command of both Russian and English is a must.
