What you will do

• Partner with clients to redesign business functions from first principles and map real-world workflows.
• Design and ship production GenAI systems, including RAG and agentic AI solutions.
• Build evaluation harnesses to define, instrument, and measure system performance before feature development.
• Develop production-ready code across AI, backend services, and data pipelines using tools that fit the customer.
• Deploy containerized solutions on AWS (or GCP/Azure) with full CI/CD and monitoring.
• Lead architecture reviews, produce technical design documents, and mentor other engineers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and running production systems.
• Proven experience shipping production LLM applications and agentic workflows (beyond POCs).
• Deep expertise in AWS production services (Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS).
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
• English: B2+ required for collaborating across multicultural teams.
• Experience building and optimizing production RAG systems.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a founder, CTO, or engineering leader.
• Industry experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
• AWS and Claude Code certifications.
• Experience with Go, Rust, Apache Spark, or Kafka.
