Graduate - 1 Year Limited Contract (IT Support)

Location: Cape Town International Airport, South Africa; onsite technical support is required.

What you will do

• Provide technical support to airline customers and manage incidents through timely resolution.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, printers, network devices, software, and peripherals.
• Perform preventive and proactive maintenance to maximize system availability.
• Monitor SLA compliance, restore services quickly, and escalate unresolved issues with clear documentation.
• Provide onsite support during service cutovers and transitions.
• Maintain accurate repair, maintenance, and inventory records while collaborating with local and global colleagues.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge or exposure to IT support, including desktops, PCs, printers, and network devices.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, networking fundamentals, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interest in technical service operations, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt quickly.
• Good communication, customer-service, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• CompTIA A+ certification.
• CompTIA N+ certification.
