What you will do

• Manage revenue recognition by monitoring balances, handling reconciliations, and investigating billing discrepancies.
• Execute daily cash application and resolve unapplied cash, payment discrepancies, and short payments.
• Perform month-end Revenue and AR close activities, preparing balance sheet reconciliations and accounting journals.
• Calculate bad debt provisions, write-offs, and monitor customer credit risk.
• Prepare documentation and respond to requests for internal and external audits.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation within Order to Cash (OTC) processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in AR, Cash Application, or Revenue Accounting.
• Strong understanding of IFRS 15 and ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Wrocław, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a multinational SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in French.
• Experience with specialized billing platforms or cash application tools.
