• Drive global growth and profitability for the Formwork segment with full P&L ownership.
• Develop and execute global segment strategy aligned with market trends and customer needs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Business Development, Product Management, R&D, and Operations.
• Manage the product portfolio lifecycle, including new product introductions and phase-out decisions.
• Define marketing priorities and ensure consistent value proposition across all markets.
• Build and lead high-performing teams through recruitment and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of exhirify.globalence in the construction industry with international exposure.
• Proven exhirify.globalence in strategic planning, business steering, and product portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of business models, market dynamics, and construction processes.
• Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive growth in competitive environments.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally to support global business requirements.
