What you will do
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to execute business initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and monitoring of marketing campaigns and partner re-training.
- Prepare regular business reports, presentations, and formal documentation.
- Identify task automation opportunities and document workflows for AI integration.
- Support the Head of Department in managing priorities and team execution.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business support, administration, or project management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder coordination and report preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
