What you will do

• Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to execute business initiatives.
• Assist in the planning and monitoring of marketing campaigns and partner re-training.
• Prepare regular business reports, presentations, and formal documentation.
• Identify task automation opportunities and document workflows for AI integration.
• Support the Head of Department in managing priorities and team execution.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business support, administration, or project management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder coordination and report preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
