Senior Manager, Incident Response

What you will do

• Lead a team responsible for communicating, handling, recovering from, and learning from security incidents.
• Coordinate front-line incident response and provide people leadership to IR/SOC analysts.
• Partner with Incident Response and Security Operations Center leaders to deliver continuous monitoring and response capabilities.
• Use incident response operational data to guide resource allocation, threat mitigation, and analyst development.
• Engage stakeholders across technology and business functions at tactical and strategic levels.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and ensure investigations follow established processes and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Security Operations or Incident Response.
• Experience conducting cyber investigations across Linux, Unix, and Windows environments.
• At least 2 years of experience managing or monitoring GCP, AWS, or Azure environments.
• At least 4 years of people management experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market where applicable.
