Integration Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead client meetings and technical demos independently to scope integration requirements and set expectations.
• Guide partners through API integrations, including authentication, JSON payloads, and webhook configuration.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues using data dumps, logs, and API traces to isolate bugs.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact during pre-sales and onboarding.
• Coordinate between Business Development, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation in Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical integration, solutions engineering, or a client-facing technical role.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks, with proficiency using Postman for debugging.
• Near-native fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal) for client presentations and internal communication.
• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan for on-site work.
• Proven experience in customer service or client relationship management.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the gaming industry, payments, or fintech.
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, and G Suite.
• Experience working in international companies or across global time zones.
• Genuine interest in games as a player.
