What you will do
- Generate and execute outgoing payments after obtaining the required authorization and providing accurate bank information.
- Prepare bank reconciliations for all bank accounts, investigate outstanding items, and record cash-related transactions accurately and on time.
- Prepare cash forecasts, cash flows, operational reviews, and monthly KPIs.
- Act as a regular contact for banks and external parties, responding to queries and obtaining relevant information.
- Administer accounts payable payment transactions, assist with month-end closing, and provide audit documentation.
- Work with the treasury department to improve cash and banking processes while providing high-quality service to business departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese are required.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of PRC GAAP and IFRS.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain accounting matters clearly and concisely.
- Leadership, supervisory, operational, and project management skills.
