Treasury Manager

Location: Minhang District, China; onsite

Salary: CNY 332,100–468,900 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasts, analyze variances, and improve forecasting tools.
• Manage daily cash positioning, intercompany funding transfers, third-party payments, and operational liquidity.
• Support bank credit facilities, monitor financing costs, and maintain banking relationships.
• Operate and improve treasury systems, including SAP/ERP and host-to-host bank connectivity.
• Prepare treasury reports, maintain internal controls, support audits, and submit regulatory reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams, banking partners, and external stakeholders while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of cash management, forecasting, and banking operations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and treasury platforms.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including SAFE compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a multinational or global organization.
• Exposure to financing activities and credit facility management.
• Experience with treasury automation initiatives, data analytics, or AI tools.
