What you will do

• Complete three six-month rotations across wholesale banking domains.
• Support sector coverage, lending, sustainable finance, transaction services, or working capital solutions.
• Develop tailored financial solutions for large corporates and financial institutions.
• Collaborate with international teams and contribute to strategic client-focused work.
• Participate in global learning events and develop stakeholder management, business partnering, and presentation skills.
• Transition into a permanent role in Brussels after completing the programme.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Investment, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in corporate and investment banking and solid financial acumen.
• International or extracurricular experience and willingness to work across borders.
• Fluent English required.
• Client-focused, driven, collaborative, and proactive approach.
• Motivation to develop into a future banking expert or leader.

Nice to have

• Dutch or French language skills.
• Interest in sector coverage, sustainable finance, or capital markets.
• Interest in professional certifications such as CFA.
