What you will do

• Support the definition, maintenance, and alignment of the organization’s cybersecurity GRC plan.
• Maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and governance documentation.
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends to identify emerging compliance and security risks.
• Identify and assess risks across systems, processes, and vendors using assessment, audit, and internal stakeholder information.
• Track risk treatment action plans and validate the implementation of security controls and compliance requirements.
• Develop GRC metrics and governance insights for leadership and committee decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
• Experience with cybersecurity control frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or COBIT.
• Ability to coordinate complex programs, track progress, and support stakeholder communications.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, risks, and governance activities.
• Clear professional writing, reporting, collaboration, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or another highly regulated industry.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, PMP, or similar.
