What you will do

• Price, quote and execute large OTC trades for institutional clients, corporates and professional traders.
• Build client relationships, source counter-trades and manage working capital, credit facilities and trade settlement.
• Execute hedging, counter-trading and revenue liquidation strategies while managing market risk.
• Own desk P&L, risk limits, trade records and performance reporting.
• Analyze crypto and FX markets, regulatory developments, news and trading flows, and deliver market insights to Treasury.
• Specify improvements to trading and risk systems, support automation and challenge existing risk frameworks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of trading experience in a brokerage or sell-side OTC desk, preferably in crypto, or in FX, equities or derivatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Successful broking or OTC trading track record across more than one market.
• Strong knowledge of trade execution, risk management, P&L, documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced trading environment and a strong interest in crypto.

Nice to have

• Derivatives arbitrage knowledge or experience.
• Advanced degree or professional qualification such as CFA, CAIA or MBA.
• Experience developing trading strategies or automation for OTC and risk systems.
