What you will do

• Supervise all incoming inspections of empty components and packaging materials.
• Manage daily operations, equipment calibration, and maintenance of the Empty Components Lab.
• Verify material compliance against approved specifications, drawings, and standards.
• Lead investigations into component defects and manage non-conformance reports.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards including ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025.
• Coordinate inspection priorities to align with production schedules and support supplier audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance specifically inspecting incoming mechanical components.
• Must be an Emirati National.
• Proven experience in calibration and setting up an Empty Components laboratory.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025).
• English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Experience or understanding of explosives and ammunition environments.
• Proficiency in Arabic.
