Location: Remote within US time zones; Austin or San Francisco preferred for hybrid work. Availability of 15–25 hours per week is required.

Salary: $20–25/hour, equivalent to approximately $3,200–$4,000 per month at 160 hours.

What you will do

• Manage the editorial calendar and publish content across the blog and social channels.
• Edit videos and create graphics and media for launches, tutorials, and social campaigns.
• Coordinate conference, meetup, and webinar logistics, including bookings, materials, shipping, schedules, and follow-up.
• Support email campaigns, landing pages, target-account research, and recruiting campaigns.
• Maintain swag inventory and support community engagement across social and open-source channels.
• Track content and campaign performance and share findings with the marketing team.

Requirements

• Daily experience using AI tools and interest in building AI-powered workflows.
• Strong writing and self-editing skills.
• Excellent organization across calendars, shipments, deadlines, and inboxes.
• Some marketing experience through coursework, an internship, a student organization, or an independently built project.
• Based in US time zones and available 15–25 hours per week.
