Location: Hybrid (Arlington, VA). Must be based in the USA.

Salary: $144,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable fullstack solutions using React, GraphQL, and Java/Kotlin.
• Own features end-to-end, including customer-facing screens, backend APIs, and card issuance services.
• Participate in technical design and grooming for the next generation of lending products.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate requirements into high-quality software.
• Leverage agentic AI coding tools in the daily development workflow.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience, with experience building and operating systems end-to-end.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/React and a backend language (Node.js, Java, Kotlin, Go, or Python).
• Experience with distributed large-scale systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Must be based in the USA to support the hybrid office model (at least 50% in-office monthly).
