What you will do

• Lead 0-to-1 product discovery and delivery, taking ideas from initial concepts through validation, MVP, and scaling.
• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities by analyzing customer needs and market trends.
• Own the scaling of product platforms to support new use cases and customer growth.
• Design and optimize operational workflows and automation to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define go-to-market strategies and validate product-market fit.
• Manage product roadmaps and backlogs, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and strategic goals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management, with demonstrated success building 0-to-1 products.
• Experience launching workflow automation, operational tools, or integrations.
• Strong understanding of SMB customers and entrepreneurs.
• Proficiency with SQL, product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude), and financial modeling.
• Experience with prototyping tools like Figma to communicate concepts effectively.
• Must be based in Canada.
