TL;DR
Senior ISIT Project Manager (IT Transformation): Leading complex international IT projects covering mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, integrations, infrastructure, applications, and business transformation with an accent on due diligence, transition planning, and service continuity. Focus on coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies, and delivering Day 1, Day 100, migration, separation, and integration plans.
Location: New Taipei City, Taiwan; onsite
What you will do
- Lead complex international IT projects from initiation through implementation and formal closure.
- Manage technology workstreams covering infrastructure, networks, workplace technology, applications, ERP, cloud services, cybersecurity, data migration, and service management.
- Lead IT activities for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, post-merger integrations, system separation, consolidation, and decommissioning.
- Coordinate IT due diligence and assess systems, infrastructure, licences, contracts, security, resources, costs, and operational risks.
- Develop Day 1, Day 100, transition, separation, migration, integration, and Transition Service Agreement plans.
- Manage budgets, vendors, contracts, risks, dependencies, reporting, change control, stakeholder communications, and business continuity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of professional IT project management experience, including large, complex, and international projects.
- Practical experience with mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, divestitures, post-merger integrations, IT due diligence, Day 1 readiness, separation planning, and Transition Service Agreements.
- Valid Project Management Professional certification is mandatory.
- Professional fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Strong capabilities in project governance, planning, budgeting, resource and risk management, reporting, change control, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP systems, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, workplace technology, or data migration.
- Experience delivering projects across Europe and Asia.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methods.
- PgMP, ITIL, or SAFe certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
