What you will do

• Own the end-to-end monthly Portfolio Management Review (PMR) analytics and PowerPoint presentation process.
• Analyze portfolio performance across brands, regions, and product lines to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate complex data sets into concise business narratives and actionable executive recommendations.
• Develop and maintain standardized KPI views, scorecards, and dashboards to improve reporting efficiency.
• Conduct scenario modeling and what-if assessments to evaluate portfolio choices and demand shifts.
• Apply generative AI and automation tools to accelerate research, data preparation, and content development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance, or Operations.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, portfolio management, or business analytics.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, scenario modeling) and high proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Practical proficiency with generative AI productivity tools and responsible-use practices.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive-level communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Python, Alteryx, or Power Query.
• Familiarity with S&OP, integrated business planning, or product lifecycle management.
• Experience defining KPIs and building repeatable reporting processes.
