3D Generalist Artist (Cinema 4D)

What you will do

• Manage the full content lifecycle, identifying efficiencies through advancing toolsets.
• Collaborate with creative development teams to establish a unique visual and technical language for Sphere.
• Provide artistic and technical solutions across departments to meet high studio standards.
• Develop new workflows using 3D capabilities to solve complex creative and technical problems.
• Document tools and techniques for departmental reference.
• Iterate on content based on feedback from supervisors, clients, and creative teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Burbank, CA
• 5+ years of experience as a 3D/CG generalist.
• Proficiency in Cinema 4D and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of the 3D pipeline from visualization to final render.
• Proven track record in creative problem solving under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and balance technical demands.

Nice to have

• Experience with Redshift for lighting and rendering.
• Working knowledge of real-time software toolsets, specifically Unreal Engine.
• Software agnosticism and adaptability to new pipelines.
