What you will do

• Lead the concept, design, and production of motion graphics, UI motion, animated sequences, video edits, and visual effects.
• Own creative projects from concept through delivery, including storyboards, style frames, mood boards, and animation strategies.
• Establish motion design guidelines, scalable templates, asset repositories, and motion systems.
• Protect brand consistency and maintain high creative and technical quality standards.
• Mentor motion designers through feedback, technical guidance, and creative direction.
• Collaborate with Design, Marketing, Copywriting, and other teams while exploring emerging tools and AI-powered workflows.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience creating animation, motion graphics, video content, and visual experiences.
• Hands-on end-to-end motion design and video editing experience is mandatory.
• A strong motion design portfolio is mandatory.
• Expertise in animation principles, storyboarding, video editing, art direction, and post-production tools.
• Experience mentoring designers and communicating creative concepts to multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, strategic thinking, and ability to manage complex projects.
